About UsWe believe creativity can transform a community.
Reimagine Runnemede is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the Borough of Runnemede through arts, culture, and creative placemaking.
Founded in 2019, we bring residents, artists, businesses, civic organizations, and local government together to turn ideas into visible, positive change. Our projects include public art and murals, community events, beautification projects, creative programs, and the transformation of overlooked spaces into places where people can gather, connect, and take pride in their town.
Our work begins with Runnemede itself—its people, history, neighborhoods, businesses, and stories. We believe that celebrating what makes our town distinctive can strengthen community connections while helping people imagine what Runnemede can become.
We also believe that revitalization works best when people participate in it. Rather than simply creating projects for the community, we look for opportunities to create them with the community—inviting residents to paint, plant, volunteer, share ideas, attend events, support local businesses, and help shape public spaces.
Reimagine Runnemede is nonpartisan and community-led. We welcome participation from people of different ages, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives who share an interest in making Runnemede a more vibrant, welcoming, connected, and creative place to live, work, visit, and do business.
Our town. Our stories. Our creativity. Our future.
